“Myrmidons“ project is located in Agia Paraskevi centre, Patroklou St. 17, a one-way, low-traffic street, 1000m walking-distance from Metro Agias Paraskevis. Its facade has an East orientation. The “Myrmidons” consist of 8 apartments of various area, 43, 85, 70, 128 & 137 m².
Our project, delivered in Feb. 2024, adopts the most contemporary technical specifications, such as undefloor heating, solar panel installation, fast car charging network. Its architecture identity reflects the use of enduring materials and contemporary building techniques like concrete, glass and industrial red contours.
